Unemployment benefits when in Rome?

Can a person who is getting unemployment checks, go to Rome for three weeks if the trip is all paid by another person?



Seriously now .. would you be able and available or even looking for a job while in Rome? .. Or might you be having the time of your life trying to do as the Romans do?
