Need Unemployment Help For Appeals

Unemployment-tips.com began as one woman's spare time project to defeat the need for a job to survive back in 2007.

There are three ways to get help with unemployment on this website.

Search the site for answers related to your unemployment questions.

Schedule a Free Unemployment Evaluation With Chris.

Be referred to reasonably priced unemployment appeal hearing representation and help with board level appeals

The referral forms are open to use by either party, but inclusion here does mean that the unemployed person is also seen as a worthy client able to avail themselves of the offered service of representation.

Free Case Evaluations

Until recently, I charged fifty dollars for unemployment appeal coaching sessions, but I am not qualified to go all the way and act as a hearing rep. I have a permanent case of nerves in a public venue.

Nonetheless, talking with me on a one on one basis has been very effective and calming for many people. Yet, most people did not relish the idea of going into the unemployment appeal hearing alone after we spoke because my goal included educating them on what the appeal hearing process entailed.

I of course, understood their nervousness, but was unable, at that time, to offer the one main advantage I know many employers use to win an unemployment appeal hearing.

The advantage is very often a non-lawyer unemployment hearing rep that specializes in unemployment law because most (not all) states allow non-lawyer representation for unemployment hearings.

But finding even that kind of knowledgeable and reasonably priced unemployment hearings representation willing to help the unemployed has been my uphill battle.

It's always that objectivity level vs. the emotions that gets in the way of being clear about how to get every valid point across that needs to be gotten across that can wind up causing an unfavorable decision.

Suffice it to say, I've been looking for unemployment hearing specialists and even lawyers, for nearly two years that can come close to my idea of reasonably priced and willing to help the unemployed. Things are looking up.

But, I also feel obligated to at least offer a way to help those still in doubt about whether they have a shot at winning an appeal hearing.

Therefore the free evaluation option.

And this usually means I want to scheduling a conversation if you want an evaluation to be as thorough as possible.
