If I work in a school system(I am not a teacher, support staff)and I didnt loose my job or not fired can I file for unemployment until I go back in September? I dont work another job. Thanks Sue

I think you should be able to find decisions relevant to being an employee of a school here


The usual issue for employees of schools on summer breaks is whether they have "reasonable assurance" of returning to work in the fall.
