What is the max you can earn per week in Tennessee before your unemployment benefits will be reduced dollar for dollar

by paul
(murfreesboro tn.)

How many dollars earned before deductions per week are allowed before a person is disqualified for any unemployment compensation in Tennessee.

Hi Paul,

Tennessee will disregard the greater of $50 or 25% of you WBA of anything you earn in wages before they start reducing your WBA dollar for dollar for partial benefits.

If you earn no more than your weekly benefit amount.

At least according to the USDOL and I link to their state by state resource comparison guide about unemployment pay.
