Would I lose my partial UC benefits due to a DUI?

I recently got a charge for a DUI over the weekend. I am still able to make it to work and am not required to drive. I am currently getting partial UC but was not sure if the state would cut me off due to my infractions with the law.



Only if the DUI causes a problem according to the employer in the performance of your job or prohibits you from working.
