can my Pennsylvania unemployment benefits be revoked

(PA Unemployment Benefit Appeals)

I was fired because I shoplifting while in uniform and driving a company van. initially benefits were approved, now company is fighting it. I cooperated with police, I have small black outs due to stress at home. do I need to worry about benefits being revoked?

Oh yes .. you should be concerned about losing your unemployment benefits ..

I’m not sure why you think the small blackouts at “home” have anything to do with shoplifting while wearing a company uniform and driving a company van.

That is definitely something that could cause harm to the employer’s interest.
