I have a coworker that is a threat to me at work. While she is scolding me at work she follows me and says very mean things behind my head while im trying to work. And my boss doesn’t see her as a threat.
Take it to HR .. make an official, “documented complaint” ask for a copy so that you can prove you made the complaint.
Document the conversations with your boss and do yu have any witnesses?
What kind of mean things does she say?
