failing to meet standards

by Nicki

(Vacherie, LA (United States))

I went in to work and arrived on time for 8am. Morning went by as normal until my supervisor came in to the office at about 9:20am. I was escorted to the boss’s office and told to sit down. Then I was read a letter that stated that I was being separated from my position. I asked why and was told that I failed to meet standards of job position.

Hi Nicki,

I have addressed discharges for poor job performance quite a few times in other questions. You have not provided any real detail so I have nothing to add for your specific circumstances.
