Fired due to restraining order

by Jack

(Duvlin, GA)

I was away from work one night, and someone reported that I had broke into their house. So I was picked up for burglary (which I never went into anyone’s house, took nothing, or anything) Anyways when I bonded out, a condition of the bond was to stay away from this person. But she works where I work, so they fired me. Will I be eligible for unemployment benefits?

Oh for goodness sakes Jack! What do you think?

I can read between the lines here in your own account of what happened!! Imagine what we could all understand if we actually heard from your employer and “The woman you worked with who now has a restraining order against you”.
