I was fired foralcohol on breath in illinois? Employer sent me for breath test. I was over the legal limit.

I work 3-11 shift. When I showed up for work my boss said he smelled alcohol on my breath and asked if I had anything to drink? I said yes I had a couple of beers earlier today. I was sent for a breath test which was over the legal limit and was fired.
