I am wondering what it means when your employer fails to costitute misconduct connected with work. and you are denied benefits.
I was fired for being accused of smoking in washroom and swearing at supervisor and my employer also claims I made a physical threat towards my supervisor.

I don’t know the word costitute and even if I substitute the word constitute .. it still doesn’t make sense if you were denied benefits.
It would be okay if you typed in exactly what the determination says. In fact it would probably be helpful.
