Jessica Williams 8 month battle for Unemployment compensation and the guy on the other side of the computer screen that help me every step of the way to win!!

by Jessica Nicole Williams

(Kennesaw GA)

I must say this guy Chris is very sharp on his knowledge of how the Unemployment system works. Now I new a little something about how it worked from friends and former co-workers who were fired and went through the same thing I did. Some were successful in getting unemployment, but most were not.

Yes the key to winning is knowing and understanding why you were fired and you have to be fired for willful misconduct in order to be denied and of course the employer holds the burden in proving that you were the reason as to why you were fired, but like this web site states. The employer is most likely going to bank on your ignorance and sometimes they will Fight to the last minute to submitted the information to the DOL to draw out the process as long as they can in hopes that you will get tired and give up because that is what happened to me.

I was initially denied benefits however I took it to an appeal and I won, and Chris was a big help in giving me direction in preparing my case and mind you this was an 8 month battle and Chris was there to answers my questions and concerns. I felt at times I was annoying him, but he was always there to give his expertise with in a 24-hour period.

I will be honest when I first saw this web site and wrote in, I never thought in a million years I would get a response back let alone a big help to victory.

And my thanks again for this site it’s definitely one of a kind.

I’m only 24 yrs old if I can win so can you.

To set the record straight. Chris is a woman, not a man.
