lack of insurance benefits for sick parties, lack of pay increase when responsibilities increase

I am thinking of quitting my current position because I need medical insurance to cover upcoming procedures to avoid future denial and so I can keep my current residence. The company refuses to increase my hours to a full time status position after a year of service. Insurance is only offered if I work 40 or more hours. They have increased my responsibilities but not my pay or hours.

The reason you have given here for quitting will, in my opinion, be found without good cause and benefits will be denied.
