NC Unemployment Appeal Help

NC unemployment appeal help is supposed to be an attorney if you are being charged for representation .. and the rep that I refer people to does charge for this help, but as should be apparent, I think the benefits greatly outweighs the cost .. if it is affordable.

However, NC makes an exception to the attorney requirement when the person representing you is able to provide a supervisory letter from a licensed North Carolina attorney. (There are few attorney that will ever label themselves as an unemployment attorneys and there aren’t many wanting to do unemployment hearings).

The hearing rep I’m referring you to here has that required letter and can represent you at your NC unemployment appeal hearing as long as it is a phone hearing or when permission is given for them to participate in and in-person hearing by telephone.
