I was denied unemployment my boss said that I had quit, I did not quit he told me to leave now and get out,after a verbal disagreement we had.as I was walking away to collect my things I said you can send my 2 weeks vacation pay to me.He told the appeals referee I gave to weeks notice. worked for this man for 24 years. What can I do?
Are you talking about filing a board appeal?
If you are, get a lawyer, otherwise I don’t hold much hope for you.
This is why I tell people to get it right at the first hearing because it only becomes more difficult after that to get a favorable result and difficult is really an understatement of the obstacles now in your way without legal help from an attorney.
