I have been with this company for two years and now there is a written employee contract stating that we cannot take clients etc…. and cannot work for two years within 15 miles of the company and many more things that I disagree with. If I am fired for not signing this because I feel it is against my US constitutional right as a US citizen to sign such a unprofessional, not researched ill mannered supposed employee contract.

You are talking about a non-compete and many, many employers will only employ you if you sign. It’s their company after all.
It’s not against your constitutional rights.
You need to talk to an employment lawyer. Let them look it over. That’s who will be able to tell you if the employer will be able to enforce it.
It’s doubtful you could get unemployment.
