Pennsylvania unemployment for ex-military and going to school

by
( )

In Pennsylvania, if you are in the military and have served in war and come back receiving unemployment, how many credits can you take at a university without losing your unemployment?

Losing unemployment due to going to school does not have anything to do with credits .. it has to do with being able and available for work if not in some kind of state approved training.

This is what the USDOL says about unemployment for ex-service members:

The law of the State (under which the claim is filed) determines benefit amounts, number of weeks benefits can be paid, and other eligibility conditions.

So you need to know what Pennsylvania says about unemployment and going to school.

See Table 5-12 for starters and then check out this PA Website and ask the folks at a Careerlink Office.
