Steps to appeal Board of Review decision

by Laura

(Cobb County, GA)

I live in Cobb County, GA and was discharged from my job. Initially, I was denied UE benefits, but after appealing, I won. My ex-employer then appealed to the Board of Review where the decision was reversed. My question is, how do I appeal that decision. I understand it goes to the Superior Court, but I don’t know what steps to take.Thank you.

Hi,

I only had experience passing along court appeals to employers as even the company I worked for wanted nothing to do with court appeals because you have now left the realm of administrative law.
