Can I collect unemployment if I was in a provisionary status? I was fired after 3 weeks of work because I was not able to do the job I was hired to do.

Being fired for “inability” is not usually considered a disqualifying reason .. so yes, by all means I think you should get benefits as long as you are monetarily eligible.
