I selected no when asked if i am attending school on the initial unemployment application because I didn’t want to automatically be ineligible.
I am going to school, but that is not why I was fired.
I plan to tell them when I go to the interview, but will tell them I will quit school if a job comes up. I only go to school 3 days a week. Am I going to be accused of fraud because of my initial answer?

I do not have a clue or not whether you will be accused of fraud .. but it could be a possibility.
What state do you live in and what did the chart book say about collecting and going to school at the same time.
