appeal decision letter

by chris

(moreno valley,ca)

i went to my appeal hearing last week and they said that i would hear something in the mail within a week and it has been a week.i called the appeals office and they stated that it could take 4 weeks to receive my decision.i have been appealing this since november and is tired of waiting weeks for every next step of this appeal process.what can i do to speed the process.at least can the appeals office give you the decision over the phone.

Hi Chris,

You know what .. if an appeal department told me I’d have to wait 4 weeks for a decision to be issued .. I would call the attorney general’s office and report them .. because that length of time is highly questionable as whether it is in compliance with federal guidelines .. for speediness.

I’d be complaining to whomever I could get a hold of.
