For years, I was sexually harassed at my job. I implored my superiors to handle specific situations and even called the main office of the place I worked. All to no avail. I have filed a sexual harassment lawsuit. I have very detailed facts regarding the above. I couldn’t take any more. I live in Michigan

I’m glad you freed yourself of something that no employee should ever have to tolerate. In fact, I’m not so sure that anyone should give the employer much more than one chance to address and correct.
If you want to know if this is good cause for quitting .. I believe it is, but it only matters what the state of Michigan thinks.
