Can I get employment if I quit my job?

Been at my job 5 yrs at $8.50 new part time employment been there a month and making $8.50 an hour as well.
I asked for a raise and was told by my employer “no raise in the near future”. This is not fair to me, I get no breaks and always handling heavy appliances to load for customers, and I work my lunch break. If I quit would I be eligible for employment?

What state are you in?
Can you prove you aren’t allowed breaks or lunch as required by your state’s labor laws for the hours you work?

The raise isn’t required and would not be good cause for quitting.
