by yanira

(sanford,florida)

I was layoff because a reduction 1 year ago this was on Puerto Rico. I collected umemployment benefits from feb 2009 until january 2010. I moved to orlando,fl on december 2009 and i have been working in a company for 2 months fulltime job. I have to resign because the vehicle that used to go to work is not mine and my brother in law found a job and need it back. Can i claim unemployment. I have earned $4,000 in this 2 months and when i left unemployment i had benefits extension until april on puerto rico

Yanira,

No. Quitting because you no longer have transportation to work is not with good cause.
