can my wife qualify for unemployment for quitting for a good reason

by dave

My wife been working there for 5 month and winter came up her fear is driving in the snow and she slid and hit the ditch 2 times and she told her employer she cant do it no more driving to work its 20 miles from home so she told them she has quit. She ain’t risking her life. Will she qualify for unemployment….

Hi Dave,

Finally, a question I can give an opinion on ..

No, I don’t think she will qualify for unemployment .. it may be a good reason, but it’s personal and not attributable to the employer.
