Can you win an unemployment case because of school?

I have been going to school full time since may and receiving unemployment and then after winter break I started up again in January and this time got denied benefits. If i appeal can I win? And why this time would they deny me?

Hi Anonymous,

I can’t eve speculate as to why the denied you and I can’t tell you might be able to win your appeal.

I would first want to know what state you are receiving benefits from and then based on that .. I might might need to know what you said or possibly someone else might have told the state which created an able and available issue for you.

Don’t you think it would be helpful for me to answer your question if you told me exactly what the determination said that stopped your benefits?
