denied unemployment waiting on appeal

i was fired on nov20th 2009 i had an employee step on my foot and i was accused of pushing her the don had two employees write up statements that were not true i my self wrote up one to. and their is another eye witness that saw the whole thing but they did not interview him and the union took their time to ask him about the incident and he said that nothing had happened that nobody pushed any body i did not know of this until after the appeal and also at the appeal the ex employer didn;t show up what can i do for being set up to be fired thank you edie

You’re going to have to do better than that. Are you trying to say you appealed went to the lower level hearing .. were denied again and are now waiting on you appeal to the board of review?
