discharge for misconduct

by sherry

(agoura hills, ca)

worked for the co. for 11 yrs. never taken to hr. never made any type of error. was not given any warning after the incident. incident happened at approx: 8:15 a.m. not taken down to hr until approx 2:15 p.m.

Because six hours is not an unreasonable length of time for the employer to make that decision.

I’m telling you that there is a very real connection between the “incident” and the discharge .. in case that’s where you were headed with this question.
