Do I qualify for unemployment. for UCX Benefits?

I’m voluntarily separating from the military due to pregnancy. Do I qualify.

Hi,

I’m not certain if you would or not. You need to check on UCX unemployment benefits. You can do this at the USDOL.

What I do know is that whatever state you file in .. is the rules that apply for how much you get and what’s deductible income, but the military has there own set of separation types and should inform you about what you are entitled to.

My instinct is to ask if your need to quit the military is due to health issues with the pregnancy, if so, it’s doubtful because ability and availability for work is an eligibility condition for benefits which must be met.

But like I said, I’m not certain so check further.
