I have been with the company 13 years, and have never had any disciplinary issues. Over a period of 5 months I made some errors in logging notes on wrong accounts resulting in mis-payment of mileage reimbursement. The company did not give me the opportunity to figure out the error they simply discharged me for willful misconduct. I paid them back the full amount they requested even though I feel that I was due some of that money.
