i missed 3 days of work and did not call in advance. I did not get any warning or anything.
Hi Alexandra,
Although I’m having a hard time deciding if you didn’t call in at all or if you simply did not strictly adhere to the call off policy .. I’m going to guess you will be denied unemployment benefits and rightly so.
Failing to call off as prescribed by the employer is a rule violation.
Not calling in at all is considered a voluntary quit by job abandonment.
