I want to know in FL if there is any good reason for an appeal for excesive tardiness. There are instances where I was late to work. I was never written up nor was I required to sign anything at the time of termination.

Was there an employee handbook with the rules and the discipline you could expect for breaking the rules ..
And excessive .. what are we talking about? Three times? Thirty times? What?
