Georgia rules for no fault termination and severence
Can I recieve benefits after being terminated no fault and given a severence package which has already run its course. The state is Georgia. I filed interstate claim from NC where I now live. I did sign several pages of corporate paperwork with lots of language. Whats my chances and what can I expect?
Don't you think the "language" of the paperwork you signed would be relevant to your question?
