Have not worked or had any w-2 for 3 years. can i file for unemployment with out w-2 info. have been paid under the table for odd jobs. i have no “on file” work history

There is no rule really that stops anyone from filing a claim, but it won’t do any good for your situation because you don’t have any wages from “covered employment” in the base period.

It would be an “invalid claim”.
