I was disqualified for unemployment for misconduct

i had permission from second charge nurse to go the store the first supervisor did not she gave me permission until she went looking for but she still reported me and i was still terminated i have a witness to testify on my behalf do you think i can win my appeal?

If I understand you correctly, I think you might have an argument, but then I don't know any details either .. so I can't speculate about what the employer would focus on to prove their burden that your actions were misconduct despite someone giving you permission.
