I Won My Arizona Unemployment Hearing

by W. O.

(Arizona)

Hi Chris,

Well, I am relieved to report that the judge decided in my favor after the Appeal Hearing. Attached is the written decision. I am so grateful for this as it has been an incredibly stressful few weeks. I am sure my employer was livid and it would not surprise me if she attempts a second appeal. But, I am glad that I wouldn’t have to be involved in that.

I really appreciate the help and extra time you gave me. As mentioned, I would like to pay you an additional $50 for the added support. I have initiated a second transaction on PayPal today. I know it doesn’t come close to covering all your time. There have been many times in my life when I would not have been able to afford anything extra. But I have some savings right now, so I can do it. Your fee is more than reasonable.

Again, thank you so much for your help!
