If my job duties significanly changed during the past couple of years, where duties have been added which did not fall into my original job duties catagory, can I quit my job and collect unemployment?

If my job duties after 9 years have changed with added work and no extra pay can I collect unemployment till I find another job?
I'm sure using the search bar located in the upper right-hand column will return questions also regarding an "employer changes or alters the terms and condition of hire.
