i was terminated for a type of call avoidance, i never had any previous issues and was told i was going to get a verbal warning for the situation since it was not intentional. but i got terminated the termination says for august 6th of 2010 and i didnt get fired until 9/8/10 it wasnt intentional call avoidance can i qualify for benefits??
You can try, but you do understand the employer will say it was "intentional" call avoidance.
