Licenses and credential in jeopardy

by Joyce

(New York)

My licenses and credential are in jeopardy because I was repeatedly being made partied to incidents of dishonesty, unethical practices and professional misconduct. Issues had to do with lying to a contract manager, an inappropriate firing and false write ups. I quit and got denied unemployment. What are my chances to win an appeal?

Please read the contents of the information I am directing you to at the NY unemployment decisions indexes.

Please see section 1650 D 6. Voluntary leaving of employment is with good cause when an employee is requested by employer to be a party to an illegal act.

Be sure to read the decision .. because you quit therefore you have the burden of proof to show that you were being asked to be a party to an “illegal act”.
