misconduct appeal

by Sara

(Florida)

Was at work and was hearing tons of rumors that my partner at the time was having relations with one of my co-workers. I ask the young lady if we could talk due to what I have been hearing. She said yes so we talk. We did talk at work but I was off the clock and she was not. After we talked she went to our boss and stated to her that I wanted to hurt her. Which I never said. I said that I felt anxiety and uncomfortable around her due to all the rumors going around on campus. So long story short they denied my unemployment for misconduct for willfully instigating conflict in the workplace…..

So yes, appeal .. if that’s what you were asking.
