Missed not following a directive

by yolanda

(Sacramento)

My boss ask me to let my new co-worker observe the way ed is done.

I was busy checking file’s and didn’t have time to read the material so, I asked her to do the class. She stated no and so, I left it alone.

I got up to do the class and my co-worker interrupted me and started to the class on her own. So, I sat down again for about five minutes and then stood up to let her know that she needed to sit down, but she didn’t.

So my question is this. Is this considered not following a directive?

Hi,

I must be missing some information because I don’t understand how this relates to the question about following a the directive.

If forced to guess .. it sounds like maybe you were being a bit difficult with the new co-worker?
