My position was eliminated and I was offered a another new postion

by Cindy

(Fond du Lac WI)

If I refuse the new position because of the new hours, I used to work 8AM-5PM, basically an office position and the new position I was offered is 3:30AM-12:30PM and working on the dock with a lot of physical work, what are my chances of getting unemployment?

Hi Cindy,

From an 8-5 office worker to a 3:30 to midnight dock worker .. I would refuse .. especially if I lived in Wisconsin and had no previous dock work experience.

Suitable work is the issue and you can research it on the Wisconsin website.
