my wife has stage 4 cancer.

by Larry Rogers

(Austin, Texas)

I was working in Baltimore Md and living in Austin, Tx, my wife has stage 4 cancer and I needed to be here to help her after she has Kemo treatment. I liked my job and wanted to stay, however being with my wife through her illness was the only choice, i had worked for only 3 weeks and could not transfer for 6 months.

Hi Larry,

Do you have an existing MD unemployment claim?

Comments for my wife has stage 4 cancer.

No I was working and living in Texas when I took the job for Southwest Airlines in Baltimore. My claim we being contested by my former employer but I won two out of two hearing. I want to work that is why I was willing to commute to Md. My residency is in Texas, Do I need to file in Md even thought my active searches will be in Texas?

Larry,

I’m still confused about some things.

Why don’t you use the email button on the left toward the bottom .. just ignore the message I have there:)
