The company has not fired me yet. In November 2009 CEO says that everyone gets to keep jobs w/no layoffs but no meritorious pay increase this year. May and June 2010 Sales Mgr gives me written discipline for not making twenty appointments in either one of those given months. I made sixteen. The quota is then lowered to eighteen appointments starting August 2010 but cancelled appointments are subtracted from that total. I have been awarded perfect attendance several times throughout the last 4 years of my employment. California is an at will state.
So .. you’re saying you haven’t been making the quota and now you have the additional problem of having canceled appts subtracted from your quota .. Have you documented all the changes the employer is making as far as quotas?
