PROMISED FULL TIME WORK AND NOT GIVEN FULL TIME WORK

I WAS WORKING FULL TIME FOR A TRUCKING COMPANY THEY LOST WORK DUE TO DOWN TURN IN ECONOMY I GOT LAYED OFF

I WAS OFF 3 WEEKS DRAWING WHAT WAS LEFT OF MY VACATION TIME
WENT TO WORK FOR A NEW COMPANY WHO SAID IT WOULD BE FULLTIME
I HAVE WORKED 2 DAYS
9 HOURS THE FIRST DAY AND 6.5 HOURS THE 2ND DAY

PROMISED 4 HOURS THE 3RD DAY

CAN I QUIT THIS NEW JOB AFTER 2 OR 3 DAYS

AND DRAW UNEMPLOMENT FROM ILLINOIS
