I was injured and cant work for the next couple of months. My FMLA from work came and went. Im now a full time student if and when im able to go back to work and still a full time student what happens if i resign from my job due to scheduling issues. If i resign am i eligible for unemployment? Also i would like to add that for that past two years ive been working and going to school full time.
Did you happen to read anything I might have written? ..
Especially along the lines of Work Trumps School or that it’s important to determine exactly which state and what their rules are?
