second time on unemployment

I was a 99er but then got a fulltime job. My new job is downsizing and as the newest employee i’m the one going. Can I collect again?

Hi,

When did you start the new job and how long will you have worked at it when you are finally laid off as well as when your approx layoff date will be? And if you don’t mind .. the state and how much do you earned per week ..

A layoff brings up no questions as to your right to benefits on the merits .. the only concern now is whether you can monetarily qualify for a new claim.

With the information above .. I can figure out whether you will qualify and approx. how much you can expect per week in benefits.
