The 16th Week Cut Off Time For California Training Benefits

by Don

(San Diego, Ca.)

The 16th Week Cut Off Time
I’ve been collecting in California for the past 1 1/2 years. My main occupation is gone. I found out about the CTB program, and it seemed like it could work for me.
I enrolled in a school to become a health practitioner, a position that is on the rise as far as demand. I could graduate within a year, and etc. etc., I felt I met all the requirements for the program.
They disqualified me because it was past the 16th week.
My appeal is tomorrow, anyone think I have a chance??
