unemployment if you resign

by eric

(campbell,ca)

My boss was weighing us down with a ridiculous amount work since we lost 2 people.

I confronted him numerous times and still no help, our entire department said we needed help but still no help….it got to a point where i just turned in my resignation due to workload….can i get unemployment

Eric,

If the answer is in the actual details, and it is, I can’t answer you with a definitive yes or no, but can only speculate, that since you only confronted your boss numerous times about the amount of work, you’re going to have a hard tiime proving good cause.

Ridiculous amounts of work is no longer atypical of a job, but common place.

Why don’t you see if you find anything in the the CA UIBDG that might help your case, then if you want as me another question with a comment.
