what are my chances of winning a PA unemployment appeal

by monique

(Pennsylvania Unemployment)

What are my chances of winning a PA unemployment appeal?

I was discharged due to ” verbal abuse ,agitation or confusion from client then or later.”

If I file for an appeal and have witnesses stating that the accusations are not real can i win the appeal?

Hi Monique,

I can hardly be expected to tell you what your chances are for an unemployment appeal if I can’t understand the reason for discharge .. let alone the details surrounding that very “weird” reason.

But if I were to make a judgment call of your chances of winning an appeal based upon only what you have communicated to me .. I’d say right off the bat .. you too need a hearing rep .. if you want to win and be part of the 32 percent of people that actually receive benefits nationally.
